Rates for this fabulous Eagle Bay holiday home are below.
Christmas Season is 20 December to 4 January inclusive
High Season is Easter plus 1 - 19 December and 5 - 31 January
Mid season is long weekends and other school holidays
Low Season is all other times
Rates shown are valid until 1st March 2011
Linen is NOT provided but is available at a cost of $20 per person (inc. bedmaking and laundry) for your stay.
A bond of $500 applies to all bookings, refundable after cleaning and satisfactory property inspection.
7 night minimum stay applies to any period that includes Christmas day
4 night minimum stay applies at Easter
3 night minimum stay applies at all other times (or can stay 2 nights if pay a cleaning fee of $150)
A non-refundable deposit of 33% is required to secure your booking. Full and final payment of the balance must be made 6 weeks prior* to your holiday in Eagle Bay.
Payments may be made by Cheque or EFT.
* Payment should be made in full if your holiday is within the 6 week time frame.
Please Note: Once your booking has been confirmed and receipted, your deposit is non-refundable.
If a cancellation is received 6 weeks prior to your holiday and guests are found to replace your stay - the balance of your fee will be refunded.
You are responsible for any damage or breakages to the property (including the building, fixtures, furniture, utensils, equipment and otherwise) during your stay and you must pay us the cost of any repairs or replacements on request from us.
We may apply the bond money towards any such costs, without limiting our right to require you to pay any further amounts.
If we return the bond money to you, that will not affect our right to recover any amount from you for any damage or breakages which we later discover.
You are responsible for your own safety and the safety of any other people at the property during your stay. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for your safety is hereby excluded.
You are responsible for any property (including vehicles, electronic equipment, clothes or otherwise) which you bring onto the property and we do not accept any responsibility for such property.
It is important that the number of persons at the house does not exceed the maximum number of persons as stated on your booking form or confirmed by us by email or in writing and in any event, must not exceed 10 persons at any time.
We are sorry that we are not able to accommodate any pets in our house.
There is a telephone in the house which is available for local calls. IDD and STD access will be unavailable unless you make a special arrangement with us.
The house will be ready for occupation from 3pm on the first day of your stay, unless we agree that you may occupy the house at an earlier time.
Please vacate the house by 10.30am on the last day of your stay unless we have agreed that you may vacate at a later time. Please leave the house clean and cleared of any food or other perishable materials.
You and we agree that you are occupying the premises for the purposes of a holiday within the meaning of the Residential Tenancies Act 1987 and that the provisions of the Act do therefore not apply to the agreement between you and us pursuant to which you occupy the premises.
